Initiation of the procedure, following an expression of interest from NERI DEPOSITI COSTIERI S.p.A. (C.F.- 02250760101) in Livorno, via Leonardo da Vinci, 33, for the grant of a concession, pursuant to Article 18 of Law 84/1994, as amended, for the use of maritime public domain areas, totalling approximately 2,393 sq.m., located in the port of Livorno, and specifically at the Industrial Canal – previously the subject of Maritime Public Domain Licence No. 50/2019 – for the purpose of using and maintaining an uncovered quay area (berth No. 28) on which various underground and above-ground facilities are located, serving the adjacent coastal warehouse, located on private property, and maintaining a connecting pipeline between the said warehouse and the Darsena Ugione.
