Initiation of the procedure, following an expression of interest from NERI DEPOSITI COSTIERI S.p.A. (C.F. - 02250760101) located in Livorno, via Leonardo da Vinci, 33, and MASOL CONTINENTAL BIOFUEL S.r.l. (C.F. - 08293900968) located in Livorno, via Leonardo da Vinci, 35/A, for the granting of a concession, pursuant to Article 18 of Law No. 84/1994, for the use, in co-ownership, of maritime public domain areas, totalling approximately 1,391 square meters, located in the port of Livorno, and specifically at the Industrial Canal – previously the subject of the previous Maritime Public Domain License No. 7/2019 – for the purpose of maintaining a quay (berth no. 27) serving the industrial plants behind it, located on private property.
