Romania – Natural gas – Gaze naturale, inclusiv înmagazinarea subterană a gazelor naturale, rezervarea de capacitate, transportul volumetric și distribuția

Natural gas will be procured, including the underground storage of natural gas, capacity reservation, volumetric transport and distribution thereof, for all non-household consumption points. It is estimated that at least 4 subsequent contracts will be awarded during the 24-month duration of the framework agreement. The estimated minimum and maximum values of the supply framework agreement are: - minimum 1 month: 1,475,369.15 lei - maximum 24 months: 35,408,859.84 lei. The estimated minimum and maximum quantities and values for the subsequent contracts are: - minimum 1 month: 1,475,369.15 lei - maximum 12 months: 17,704,429.80 lei. The number of days within which requests for clarification can be submitted before the deadline for submission of tenders is 18 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification/additional information by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
