Romania – Fuels – Furnizare carburant (benzină fără plumb și motorină EURO 5) pe baza de carduri valorice

In view of the provisions of Article 9, paragraphs (2) and (3) of Government Decree No. 395/2016, Salpitflor Green S.A. intends to acquire from its own funds fuel (Euro 5 diesel and unleaded petrol), and carries out its activities based on the following public service management delegation contracts: Public service management delegation contract for the administration of the public and private local interest domain regarding the construction, modernisation, maintenance, administration and operation of agro-food markets, bazaars, fairs and slaughterhouses in the Municipality of Pitești No. 19270/31.03.2023; Public service management delegation contract for the arrangement and maintenance of green areas and the hygiene and regularisation of watercourses – springs, streams, rivers situated in the Municipality of Pitești No. 19273/31.03.2023; Public service management delegation contract for the administration of cemeteries in the Municipality of Pitești No. 22210/29.12.2023. The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification/additional information by the 8th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. The number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for the submission of tenders/applications: 10.
