The detailed conditions for the execution of the contract subject have been described in the assortment-price form and the contract template for the award of the contract, which are annexes to the SWZ. Based on Article 455(1) of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority envisages the possibility of quantitative and assortment changes. The detailed conditions for introducing these changes have been specified in the contract.
