Bulgaria – Meat – „Доставка на месо за нуждите на детските заведения на територията на община Свищов“ по обособени позиции.

1. Subject of the public procurement: „Delivery of meat for the needs of children's institutions in the municipality of Svishtov“ with the following distinct lots: Lot 1 – Pork and beef; Lot 2 – Chicken, turkey and rabbit meat; Lot 3 – Organic food products – chicken fillet. 2. Description of the subject of the public procurement: Forecast quantities for a period of 1 year: For Lot 1 Delivery of pork and beef for the needs of children's institutions in the municipality of Svishtov – 2 500 kg. of pork and 1 500 kg. of beef. For Lot 2 Delivery of chicken, turkey and rabbit meat for the needs of children's institutions in the municipality of Svishtov – 1 700 kg. of chicken, 1 500 kg. of turkey and 250 kg. of rabbit. For Lot 3 Delivery of organic food products – chicken fillet for the needs of children's institutions in the municipality of Svishtov – 400 kg. The packaging requirements for the individual types of food products/stocks, as specified in this technical specification, must be observed during deliveries. Each delivery must be certified with a document for the date of manufacture of the respective product and its shelf life. All food products must comply with quality requirements, the standards of the respective manufacturers and the valid regulatory acts of the Republic of Bulgaria and the EU regulations governing the production, supply and transport of food products in the country. The quantities of products specified in the Technical Specifications by lots are forecast (indicative), not constant for the period of contract execution. The contracting authority reserves the right, within the framework of the contract execution, to increase or decrease the quantities of the respective food products and goods, as well as not to order the entire assortment, in connection with the arising real need for consumption of the serviced objects. A participant may submit a tender for one, several or all distinct lots. Each distinct lot is the subject of a separate contract for the award of a public procurement.
