Bulgaria – Fruit, vegetables and related products – „Доставка на плодове и зеленчуци за нуждите на детските заведения на територията на община Свищов“ по обособени позиции

Subject of the public procurement: „Delivery of fruits and vegetables for the needs of children's institutions in the municipality of Svishtov“ with the following distinct lots: Lot No. 1 – Fresh fruits and vegetables; Lot No. 2 – Frozen vegetables; Lot No. 3 – Canned goods, jams, marmalades and nectars; Lot No. 4 – Organic food products - fruits: apples. 2. Description of the subject of the public procurement: Forecast quantities for a period of 1 year: For Lot No. 1 Delivery of fresh fruits and vegetables for the needs of children's institutions in the municipality of Svishtov - 59 850 kg. For Lot No. 2 Delivery of frozen vegetables for the needs of children's institutions in the municipality of Svishtov – 2 160 kg. For Lot No. 3 Delivery of canned goods, jams, marmalades and nectars for the needs of children's institutions in the municipality of Svishtov – 3 380 kg. and 2 780 l. For Lot No. 4 Delivery of organic food products - fruits: apples for the needs of children's institutions in the municipality of Svishtov – 1 200 kg. The deliveries of the individual types of food products/stocks must comply with the requirements for their packaging, as specified in this technical specification. Each delivery must be certified with a document for the date of manufacture of the respective product and its shelf life. For all food products, the quality requirements, the standards of the respective manufacturers and the valid regulatory acts of the Republic of Bulgaria and the EU regulations governing the production, offering and transport of food products in the country must be complied with. The quantities of products specified in the Technical Specifications by lot are forecast (indicative), not constant for the period of contract performance. The contracting authority reserves the right, within the framework of the contract, to increase or decrease the quantities of the respective food products and goods, as well as not to claim the entire assortment, in connection with the actual need for consumption of the serviced objects. A participant may submit a bid for one, several or all distinct lots. Each distinct lot is the subject of a separate public procurement contract.
