Bulgaria – Miscellaneous food products – "Доставка на хранителни продукти и напитки за нуждите на Военна академия "Г. С. Раковски"

The object of the present public procurement is supply, within the meaning of Article 3(1)(2) of the Public Procurement Act. The subject of the present public procurement covers the supply of food products and beverages, divided into 7 separate lots and including:

Lot 1: "Supply of bread, bakery products, frozen dough products, chocolate, sugar and confectionery products";

Lot 2: "Supply of eggs, milk and egg and dairy-based products";

Lot 3: "Supply of meat, meat products, poultry, poultry products, fish and fish products";

Lot 4: "Supply of fresh, frozen and canned fruits and vegetables";

Lot 5: "Supply of packaged foods, seasonings, broths, nuts";

Lot 6: "Supply of coffee, hot beverages, water and non-alcoholic beverages";

Lot 7: "Supply of food products and beverages for representative purposes".

The supplied food products must have a proven origin, meet the quality and safety requirements established by law, comply with the sanitary, veterinary-sanitary, hygiene and other standards established by the legislation in force in the Republic of Bulgaria and the applicable acts of the European Union bodies and/or those issued by specialized state control bodies, in accordance with the normative requirements of the manufacturer's technological documentation.

The food products and beverages must be fit and safe for consumption, be supplied with the maximum remaining shelf life, as indicated in the specific supply contract.
