The subject of the contract is the collection and disposal of municipal waste from the area of the City of Jarosław, originating from both inhabited and uninhabited properties where municipal waste is generated, the collection, transport, and disposal of selectively collected municipal waste at the Selective Collection Point for Municipal Waste, to recovery or disposal facilities, in accordance with the waste management hierarchy, as referred to in Article 17 of the Act of 14 December 2012 on Waste, as well as the supply of properties with containers for municipal waste.
