The collection, transport and utilisation/disposal of sludge resulting from the wastewater treatment process at treatment plants, total quantity of sludge 15,000 tonnes, code 19 08 05. The number of days within which requests for clarification can be submitted before the deadline for submission of tenders: 18 days. The deadline within which the contracting authority will respond to requests for clarification/additional information will be 11 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting entity will only respond to requests for clarification submitted by economic operators within the set deadline. The contracting entity is not obliged to respond to a request for clarification/additional information, received within the 17-day period before the set deadline for submission of tenders, the request being considered to have been submitted late.
