The subject of the contract is, according to the draft Contract for Work No. 6440-OŘS2-2026-061, the processing of documentation for the demolition of a structure, the processing of project documentation for the issuance of a building permit, the processing of documentation for construction implementation, the provision of a project supervisor, the provision of a BOZP coordinator, and the provision of the proper performance of the activities of the building owner's technical supervision (TDS).
