The subject of this procurement procedure is the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system for the award of public contracts for the performance of engineering and investment activities and technical supervision of the contractor's construction work during the implementation of construction and other works in the municipal district of Ostrava-Jih according to Annex No. 3 of the tender documentation. The VZ is divided into 4 categories according to the field of authorization. Category 1: Land construction Category 2: Transport construction Category 3: Water management and landscape engineering construction Category 4: Building environmental technology The subject of the performance of public contracts awarded within the DNS will be the assurance by the contractor of the expert performance of engineering and investment activities and technical supervision of the contractor's construction work in accordance with the Building Act No. 283/2021 Coll., as amended, Act No. 360/1992 Coll., on the performance of the profession of authorized architects and on the performance of the profession of authorized engineers and technicians active in construction (Authorization Act), as amended, and the fulfillment of other related obligations specified for specific buildings in the tender documentation of individual DNS contracts. The contracting authority may award a specific public contract for the provision of services in any category, and this may be done throughout the duration of the DNS. The tender documentation published on the contractor's profile has been prepared for the purpose of submitting applications for participation by suppliers who are interested in being included in the DNS, and this may be in any of the DNS categories specified in the Tender Documentation, at the supplier's discretion.
