Czechia – Engineering design services for the construction of civil engineering works – Železniční uzel Brno, etapa Heršpice a Osobní nádraží

a) Collaboration in the preparation of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Documentation, including collaboration and preparation of background materials for the EIA Documentation processor as referred to in Article 4.15 of the ZTP, coordination of the technical design with the outputs and recommendations of the EIA Documentation, and incorporation of the conclusions from the EIA process into the Project Documentation for the construction permit for transport infrastructure (DPS).

b) Preparation of the Project Documentation for the construction permit for transport infrastructure (DPS) in BIM mode, which specifies the subject of the Work to such an extent that it can be discussed in the permit procedure, obtain a binding permit (construction permit) according to Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Building Act, as amended by later regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Building Act"), including the Opinion of the notified subject in the phase of issuing the permit and the activities of the BOZP coordinator during the work on the construction site in the preparation phase, including the preparation of the BOZP plan on the construction site and the maintenance manual.

c) Preparation and submission of an application for the issuance of a construction permit according to the Building Act, including all required attachments, the result of which will be the issuance of a construction permit (construction permit). The Supplier will collaborate in the issuance of the relevant decisions until they obtain legal force.

d) Preparation of the Work in BIM mode and creation of the BIM Information Model according to Annex No. 11 of the Work Contract entitled BIM Protocol, including all its annexes. The Information Model is part of the Work and will be prepared, discussed, and delivered progressively and together with other parts of the Work according to the Schedule of Performance according to Annex No. 5 of the Work Contract.

e) Coordination activities of the Supplier, the content of which is the coordination of this contract and the contractors of the contracts "Brno Railway Node, Černovice Stage" and "Brno Railway Node and Židenice Stage". The aim is to maintain a uniform concept of the technical solution and all parts of the documentation.

f) Preparation of the Project Intent Update (AZP) according to the Rules for the Preparation and Implementation of Transport Infrastructure Actions Financed by the State Transport Infrastructure Fund (hereinafter referred to as the "MD Rules"). The scope of this performance is reserved by the Purchaser as a change in the obligation from the contract in accordance with the provision of Section 100(1) of the ZZVZ. The Supplier will implement this performance based on the Purchaser's instruction when the expected investment costs are exceeded by 10% or in the case of fundamental changes to the technical solution of the construction.

g) Creation of data for the needs of the operation of the GIS portal (public system), ongoing management and updating of the portal data based on the requirements of the Purchaser or public comments.

h) Performance of the Designer's Supervision during the preparation of the PDPS. Further specifications of the subject of the public procurement contract are regulated in other parts of the tender documentation.
