Poland – Overhaul and refurbishment work – Remont i przebudowa budynku mieszkalnego wielorodzinnego przy ul. Podwórcowej 11 we Wrocławiu.

The scope of the contract includes, among others: 1) basement repair, 2) implementation of anti-moisture insulation, 3) repair and modernisation of ventilation, 4) roof repair, 5) replacement of window joinery in residential premises and in the basement, 6) reconstruction of the structure of residential premises in connection with the allocation of bathrooms, 7) insulation of the ceiling of the basement, attic and above the staircase and the walls of the attic, 8) facade repair, 9) implementation of a band and a walkway next to the building, 10) electrical works including: a) replacement of the internal power supply line and administrative circuits along with the installation of lighting fixtures, b) installation of switchboards: main, residential, main fire extinguisher, c) installation of lightning protection and equalising connections, d) installation of intercom system, e) installation of RTV-SAT system, f) installation of structural cabling, g) electrical installations in premises in connection with the reconstruction of the structure of premises, 11) sanitary works including: a) implementation of central heating, cold and hot water supply, and sanitary sewerage in connection with the allocation of bathrooms in the structure of residential premises, b) dismantling of the internal gas installation. 13) implementation, delivery and installation of the "information board for residents" – within 7 days from the date of taking over the construction site from the Contracting Authority, in accordance with the instruction for Contractors "Rules for the marking of investments in the scope of information for residents".
