Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung ELT Neubau Kindertagesstätte Raiffeisenstraße Frankfurt am Main

The contract includes the services of specialist planning for technical equipment ELT according to HOAI, plant groups 4-6 and 8 for the new construction of the day-care centre Raiffeisenstraße in Frankfurt am Main, which are necessary for the proper and complete execution of the planning as well as other required services. A phased commissioning of services of LPH 1-9 is planned. Stage 1 LPH 1-3, Stage 2 LPH 4-7 and Stage 3 LPH 8-9.
