The subject of the procurement is a comprehensive financial and operational management system and the associated delivery project. The procurement includes, among other things, software and licenses, necessary service and capacity environments, integrations, data conversions, training, documentation, implementation, support and maintenance services, and the continuous development of the system. The delivery package is procured primarily as a turnkey delivery. The procuring entity aims for a modern, long-lasting and maintainable solution. The primary option is a role-based SaaS service, where the data is located in the EU/ETA area. The solution must support integrations, automation, reporting, data-driven management, and in the future, also the use of artificial intelligence. The interfaces must be secure, monitorable, and allow data utilization in other information systems and data platforms as well. The key objective of the procurement is to ensure the continuity of the group's finances and business processes, reduce manual work, unify master data, enable up-to-date reporting, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout the entire system lifecycle.
