The procurement unit requests a tender for the following system solution: • Financial management system as a SaaS service with its services Submissions are not accepted. The system to be offered may consist of one or more software and/or modules. The bidder is responsible for the compatibility and functioning of the whole. Alternative tenders are not accepted, unless they have been specifically requested. The buyer decides on the possible use of an option. More detailed information and tender requirements for the system in question can be found in tender document 1, which states the minimum and quality requirements for the services to be offered. The procurement has not been divided into parts, as this would cause significant technical, economic and coordination risks. More information is provided in the tender notice under "Other Information: Background to the Procurement". The procurement follows the procurement law (1397/2016). The procedure is an open procedure exceeding the EU threshold. The tender documents are in Finnish and the tender must be submitted in Finnish.
