Poland – Natural gas – WYKONANIE KOMPLEKSOWEJ DOSTAWY GAZU ZIEMNEGO WYSOKOMETANOWEGO TYPU E NA POTRZEBY GRUPY ZAKUPOWEJ GMINY NAROL

The subject of this order is the COMPREHENSIVE SUPPLY OF HIGH-CALORIFIC NATURAL GAS TYPE E FOR THE PURCHASING GROUP OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF NAROL for the objects indicated in Annex 1 to the SWZ. The supply of gas will be carried out on the basis of a contract containing provisions for the objects indicated in Annex 1 to the SWZ. The supply of gas will be carried out on the basis of a contract containing provisions of the sales contract and the contract for the provision of gas transmission or distribution services (comprehensive contract) and will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law, the Civil Code and the implementing regulations issued on their basis. 2. The Municipality of Narol and the units listed in Annex 1 to the SWZ will conclude separate contracts resulting from this public procurement procedure in the form of an unrestricted tender for the COMPREHENSIVE SUPPLY OF HIGH-CALORIFIC NATURAL GAS TYPE E FOR THE PURCHASING GROUP OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF NAROL for the objects indicated in Annex 1 to the SWZ. The supply of gas will be carried out on the basis of a contract containing provisions. Detailed information on the conclusion of contracts by the Municipality and its organizational units is contained in Annex 1 to the SWZ. 3. The Contracting Authority acts on its own behalf and on the basis of the signed Agreement (Agreement for inspection at the Contracting Authority's headquarters), on behalf of: • CRR KRUS "Kresowiak" in Horyniec-Zdrój • Municipality of Janów Lubelski • Municipality of Jedlińsk • Municipal Centre for Culture and Physical Culture in Jedlińsk • Municipality of Jedlnia – Letnisko • Municipality of Lubaczów • Municipality of Nowa Sarzyna • Municipality of Oborniki Śląskie • Municipality of Pionki • Municipality of Promna • Municipality of Ulan – Majorat • Municipality of Wielkie Oczy as well as with the organizational units indicated in Annex 1 to the SWZ. 4. Order – comprehensive supply of natural gas to the objects listed in Annex 1 to the SWZ: 1) The estimated demand for natural gas in the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2028 is 39,184,982 kWh. The costs of using the subject of the order in the above period consist of: the fee for the sale of gas, the subscription fee, the fixed distribution fee and the variable distribution fee.
