Poland – Natural gas – Kompleksowa dostawa gazu ziemnego wysokometanowego obejmująca sprzedaż i dystrybucję dla obiektów wojskowych będących w administracji 34. WOG Rzeszów w terminie od 01.01.2027 r. do 31.12.2027 r.

1. The subject of the contract is the comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas, including sales and distribution for military facilities under the administration of the 34th Military Ordnance Depot (WOG) Rzeszów. Gas collection point address: ul. 3 Maja, 37-500 Jarosław 80. 2. The contract will cover the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027. 3. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. 4. The detailed quantitative specification is Annex No. 1A, which is also the price offer calculation form. 5. The detailed quantities of gaseous fuel, broken down by month for the year 2027, are specified in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ. 6. The Contracting Authority allows for the possibility of signing a contract according to the template proposed by the Contractor, however, it must be consistent with the Essential Contract Terms – Annex No. 4 to the SWZ, although not necessarily in literal terms – it is sufficient if the content of the introduced provisions has a form preserving the same meaning. The extension of the contract terms may relate to, among other things, technical solutions and settlement rules within the scope accepted by the Contracting Authority. 7. The description of the subject of the contract, in terms of provisions not regulated by the provisions of this Section, is also supplemented by the Essential Contract Terms (i.e. Annex No. 4 to the SWZ). 8. The Essential Contract Terms regarding the public contract, which will be introduced into the content of the contract, are Annex No. 4 to the SWZ.
