The subject of the present tender procedure is: the service of waste removal from all the facilities of the University Clinical Hospital No. 2 of the Medical University of Łódź – 2 parts (packages), according to the assortment and quantities specified in the Price Form, which is Annex No. 2 to the SWZ:

1.1 Part 1: provision of the service of collection, removal and disposal of biodegradable waste from the location at ul. Żeromskiego 113, ŁÓDŹ; – in accordance with the requirements specified in Annex No. 1a to the SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Contract.

1.2 Part 2: provision of the service of collection, removal and disposal of municipal waste: mixed waste and segregated waste from the following locations: a) ul. Żeromskiego 113, ŁÓDŹ; b) ul. Żeromskiego 92, ŁÓDŹ; c) ul. Pieniny 30, ŁÓDŹ; d) ul. Sterlinga 1/3, ŁÓDŹ; e) Plac Hallera 1, ŁÓDŹ; – in accordance with the requirements specified in Annex No. 1b to the SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Contract.
