The subject of this tender is the further development and qualification of the urban development concept for the Hafentorquartier (approx. 20 ha) in the southern part of the development area. The basis for this are the existing integrated functional and open space planning, the advanced infrastructure planning, and a concretized quarter-specific use concept. As part of the contract, the existing urban development structures are to be reviewed and further developed. The work is carried out in a differentiated manner according to sub-areas, each with a different level of detail.
