Finland – Agricultural, forestry, horticultural, aquacultural and apicultural services – Maatalousyrittäjien lomituspalveluiden hankinta Toholammin paikallisyksikölle

We request a bid for agricultural service procurement for the Toholammi service unit. The contract covers the years 2027-2028. Toholammi service unit operates in the municipalities of Alavieska, Halsua, Kaustinen, Lestijärvi, Kärsämäki, Merijärvi, Perho, Pyhäjoki, Reisjärvi, Sievi, Toholammi and Veteli, the cities of Haapajärvi, Haapavesi, Kalajoki, Kannus, Nivala, Oulainen, Pyhäjärvi, Raahe and Ylivieska, and from the city of Kokkola, the areas of the former municipalities of Ullava, Kälviä and Lohtaja. This is a framework agreement that does not obligate the purchase of a certain amount of services. The duration of the agreement is 2 years. The agreement starts on 1.1.2027. The bid must include contact person with contact details, the operator's name, and the Business ID under which the bid is made. The services follow the currently valid Agricultural Employers' Service Procurement Act (20.12.1996/1231) and Decree (30.12.1996/1333). The procurement is divided into two geographical areas formed by the municipalities and cities of the service unit and seven different sub-lots within them according to the production sectors. The bid may concern all production sectors or one or more parts. The production sectors offered are 1) Cattle milking services with automatic milking system 2) Cattle milking services at milking parlour, pasture 3) Piglet and pig farming services 4) Horse care services 5) Cattle, beef farming services 6) Sheep and goat farming services.
