Poland – Refuse and waste related services – „Świadczenie usług odbierania i zagospodarowania odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości na terenie Gminy Kobiór w okresie od 01.01.2027r. do 31.12.2027r.”

1.1 Collection and disposal of municipal waste from residential and non-residential properties located in the area of the Municipality of Kobiór, as well as collected at the Selective Waste Collection Point (PSZOK). 1.2 Supply of owners of residential properties with LDPE bags for selective collection of municipal waste, 120 l containers for ash collection, 120 l containers for collection of biodegradable kitchen waste, 240 l containers for collection of biodegradable waste. 1.3 Equipping, maintenance and operation of the Selective Waste Collection Point, as well as other services listed in the Subject of the Contract Description. Attachment, No. 1 to SWZ The Contractor will collect and dispose of municipal waste from the area of the Municipality of Kobiór from all properties (residential, non-residential, holiday and mixed) specified in Attachment No. 1 to OPZ, as well as from the Selective Waste Collection Point, in the estimated total amount of 2515.00 Mg/12 months, including: a) non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste (200301) – 880.00 Mg b) biodegradable waste (200201) – 420.00 Mg c) biodegradable kitchen waste (200108) – 205.00 Mg d) paper and board (200101) including paper and board packaging (150101) – 114.00 Mg e) glass (200102), including glass packaging (150107) – 138.00 Mg, f) plastics (200139), including plastic packaging (150102) – 192.00 Mg g) metals (200140), including metal packaging (150104) – 10.00 Mg h) multi-material packaging (150105) – 0.50 Mg i) household ash (200199) – 120.00 Mg j) construction and demolition waste (170107) – 164.00 Mg k) insulating materials (170604) - 3.00 Mg l) waste paper (170380) – 3.00 Mg m) bulky waste (200307) – 194.00 Mg n) waste electrical and electronic equipment (200136) – 18.00 Mg o) used batteries and accumulators (200133) – 0.50 Mg p) used car tyres (160103) – 26.00 Mg q) clothing waste (200110) - 21.00 Mg r) textile waste (200111) – 1.00 Mg s) expired medicines (200131) - 0.40 Mg t) fluorescent lamps and other mercury-containing waste (200121) – 0.20 Mg u) engine, transmission and lubricating oils (130208) – 0.20 Mg v) solvents (200113) – 0.10 Mg w) paints, varnishes, printing inks, adhesives, resins and bitumen (200128) – 4.00 Mg x) waste not qualifying as medical waste generated as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes (ex 200199) – 0.10 Mg. The Contractor will supply, by 15 January 2027, the owners of "residential" properties heating their homes with solid fuel heating devices, with containers for collecting ash/slag with a capacity of 120 l. The estimated number of ash/slag containers to be delivered to residents: 700 units. The containers should be grey or dark grey in colour and marked with the word POPIÓŁ. The Contractor will supply, by 15 January 2027, the owners of "residential" single-family buildings with containers for collecting biodegradable kitchen waste with a capacity of 120 l, equipped with replaceable LDPE inserts (protective bag). The estimated number of containers for collecting biodegradable kitchen waste to be delivered to residents: 1200 units. The containers should be brown in colour and marked with the word BIO-KUCHENNE. The Contractor will supply, by 15 March 2027, the owners of "residential" single-family buildings with containers for collecting biodegradable waste with a capacity of 240 l. The estimated number of containers for collecting biodegradable waste to be delivered to residents: 1200 units. The containers should be brown in colour and marked with the word BIO-ZIELONE, equipped with a drainage grate at the bottom and ventilation at the sides. The Contractor will supply the owners of residential properties with LDPE bags (including protective bags for brown containers) for selective collection of waste upon collection, on an exchange basis, i.e. taking away full bags with different types of waste and leaving new bags (the same bags cannot be reused multiple times), according to the "bag for bag" rule. The Contractor is obliged to operate the existing Selective Waste Collection Point (hereinafter referred to as PSZOK), which is the property of the Municipality of Kobiór, located in the Municipality of Kobiór at ul. Centralna. The Contractor will equip the PSZOK with: a) a weighbridge with a valid certificate of conformity and legalisation by the Chief Office of Measures, b) the necessary number of containers, bins (KP-4, KP-7, KP-10, 1100 l containers) for collecting waste listed in point 1.2 of Part II of the Subject of the Contract Description, c) a visual control system (as referred to in Article 25(6a) of the Act of 14 December 2012 on Waste, Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended) of the Selective Waste Collection Point, d) other equipment and facilities required by the Act of 14 December 2012 on Waste (Journal of Laws 2023, item 1587, as amended) and other specific regulations.
