1. The subject of the contract is a service involving the management of municipal waste transferred by the waste receiving entity, selected through a separate procedure from the area of all properties where residents live, located within the municipality of Lelis, and waste collected at the Selective Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in Gibałka. 2. The scope of the contract subject includes the management of: 1) waste collected from residential properties, 2) selectively collected waste from PSZOK. 3. Estimated quantities and types of waste: 1) non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste with code 20 03 01 in the amount of approx. 1 150 Mg, 2) segregated municipal waste: - plastics, plastic packaging with codes 20 01 39 and 15 01 02; metals, metal packaging with codes 20 01 40 and 15 01 04; multi-material packaging with code 15 01 05 and mixed packaging waste with code 15 01 06 in the amount of approx. 288 Mg, - bulky waste with code 20 03 07 in the amount of approx. 45 Mg, - biodegradable waste with code 20 02 01 and biodegradable kitchen waste with code 20 01 08 in the amount of approx. 162 Mg, - waste: textiles with code 20 01 11, clothing with code 20 01 10 in the amount of approx. 10 Mg.
