The subject of the contract is the removal of snow and snow overhangs from roofs, from other elements of the property, including horizontal gutters, protective nets, antennas, cables, entrance canopies, cornices, waste bins, etc., clearing vertical downpipes of ice and snow, removing icicles and ice formations from roofs, from other elements of the property, including horizontal gutters, protective nets, antennas, cables, entrance canopies, cornices, waste bins, etc., clearing vertical downpipes of ice and snow, and checking the condition of snow cover, ice formations, snow overhangs and icicles occurring on the roof surface and other elements of the property. As part of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to spray and remove snow and ice from the property, and if necessary, take action to remove mechanical vehicles from the area requiring securing in connection with the implementation of the contract (locating the owner, reporting to the City Guard, Police); and to secure the property against threats to life, health or property, in connection with the implementation of the contract. The Contractor will perform the services each time on the basis of a written order, the template of which is attachment no. 2, sent by the Contracting Authority to the e-mail address provided by the Contractor. The Contracting Authority allows the submission of partial offers. Centrum C 10B: estimated m2 for surface snow removal: 1,600; estimated mb for linear snow removal: 1,500; Part 5 – District: V BOM nr 5 – os. In the event of any changes in resources, the detailed scope of the contract will each time be determined by a new Annex No. 1 to the contract provisions.
