Bulgaria – Electricity – „Доставка на нетна активна електрическа енергия от изпълнител – координатор на стандартна балансираща група, за ниско напрежение, с пълно администриране на информационния поток с ЕСО и поемане на разходите за небаланси за обекти на Община Враца”

The total forecast quantity for the supply of net active electrical energy for the contract period is 12,000.00 MW/h, as follows: Annex No. 1 – Vratsa Municipality 1 – 2,000 MW/h; Annex No. 2 – Vratsa Municipality 2 – 2,000 MW/h; Annex No. 3 – Vratsa Municipality Street Lighting – 3,600 MW/h; Annex No. 4 – Municipalities (municipalities and street lighting) – 1,600 MW/h; Annex No. 5 – Social Services – 800 MW/h; Annex No. 6 – Kindergartens – 200 MW/h; Annex No. 7 – Municipal Enterprises – 2,400 MW/h. The forecast quantity of electricity in the public procurement contract has an indicative character for the contract period and may be less or more during the contract execution period. During the contract execution, the Contracting Authority may change the number and type of objects specified in the Technical Specification, to which electrical energy is supplied, in case of discontinued use of objects, upon acquisition of new properties and/or for any other reason. Upon inclusion of new objects, the Contracting Authority will pay for the supplied electricity at the price agreed with the Contractor. NOTE! Pursuant to Article 104, paragraph 2 of the Public Procurement Act, the chairperson of the commission decrypts the tenders and opens the price offers together with the documents under Article 39, paragraph 2 and paragraph 3, item 1 of the Public Procurement Ordinance. Since all proposals from the tenders of the participants are presented through a numerical value, the evaluation of the technical and price proposals of the participants is carried out before the preliminary selection, with the check for the presence of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the selection criteria being carried out in a manner that is not influenced by the results of the evaluation of the technical and price proposals. The proposals are announced through a message in the electronic correspondence of the procurement under Article 36, paragraph 6 and Article 36a, paragraph 2 on the day of opening the tenders. The actions of the commission for consideration, evaluation and classification of tenders will be carried out in the order of Article 61, paragraph 1, first sentence, and paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 of the Public Procurement Ordinance.
