The office building at Bäckerstrasse 7 is to be repaired for the next usage cycle. The repair work will be accompanied by a change of user and the property adapted to its future use with public access. The focus is on barrier-free access, safe visitor guidance and the clear separation of public and internal areas. Intact components are to be retained and reused where possible.
