Germany – Architectural, engineering and planning services – Verhandlungsverfahren mit Teilnahmewettbewerb der Wirtschaftsbetriebe Emden GmbH - Vergabe von Generalplanerleistungen für die Friesentherme in Emden

The subject of the procurement is general planning services for the redesign of the Friesentherme at Wolfgang-Petersen-Straße 4, 26721 Emden. The project aims to comprehensively enhance the attractiveness of the Friesentherme Emden to strengthen the competitiveness of the location, sustainably increase visitor numbers, and create a modern, customer-oriented offer. The measures include both structural and design optimizations to significantly improve the leisure and experience quality. The key points are described in the files Potentialanalyse Friesentherme (Bad) and Potentialanalyse Friesentherme (Sauna). The construction costs incl. planning services are estimated at 6 million Euro net. The procurement will be carried out in stages. The contractor's contractual performance will be divided into the following performance stages:

• Performance stage 1: Services of performance phases 1 to 3

• Performance stage 2: Services of performance phase 4

• Performance stage 3: Services of performance phases 5 to 8

• Performance stage 4: Services of performance phase 9
