The subject of the procurement is the planning services for engineering structures according to HOAI. The planning and monitoring objectives are the defect-free renewal of the sewer network and the new construction of a separate stream water pipeline including shaft structures, connecting channels and restoration of traffic surfaces. The aim is to divert the Aischbach to the Körsch to relieve the sewer network of extraneous water. Part A: Renewal of approx. 1,200 m of defective and hydraulically undersized combined sewers (DN 200–400) in Tailfinger- and Fleischhauerstraße including connecting channels as well as coordination with the renewal of the water pipes. Part B: New construction of a DN 400 stream water pipeline to the Körsch with particular attention to the crossing of numerous existing lines in the area of the RÜB Dinghofstraße. Part C: New construction of a stream water pipeline from the Aischbach via a separating structure in the nature reserve to the existing pipeline, in open or closed construction.
