Germany – Cargo handling and storage services – E37 Ölhafen West

Niedersachsen Ports GmbH & Co. KG (hereinafter: Niedersachsen Ports) is the largest infrastructure operator of public seaports, island supply ports and regional ports on the German North Sea coast. Niedersachsen Ports, as the owner, has the area E37 available in the Binnenhafen Emden. Area E37 covers approximately 2.2 ha and is located in the Ölhafen Emden. A sustainable, commercial settlement, primarily a company in the port industry (e.g. transshipment company), which provides the transshipment in accordance with SECTION B.7, is to be established on area E37. To realise such settlement(s), it may be necessary to construct and operate a new water-side transshipment facility, such as a jetty, in the Ölhafen.
