Niedersachsen Ports GmbH & Co. KG (hereinafter: Niedersachsen Ports) is the largest infrastructure operator of public seaports, island supply ports and regional ports on the German North Sea coast. To increase the attractiveness of the seaport of Brake for road traffic related to handling, various services should be offered to professional drivers in the port area. This way, professional drivers should be enabled to use unavoidable waiting times effectively. Niedersachsen Ports has decided, for this reason, to make available in the area of the central port access the approximately 4 ha plot of land B33, located immediately near the Centralgate of the seaport of Brake, for the settlement of corresponding providers of services around the lorry. The lease agreements, building lease agreements or other use agreements (hereinafter collectively: land agreements) to be awarded as part of the procedure in question will include a construction and operating obligation adapted to the respective purpose of use.
