Each lot will be the subject of a separate award. The details of the tasks assigned to the contractor are set out in the tender specifications. The services are paid for by lump sums. ACCOMPANYING MODELLING WITH MAELIA: The objective is to assist the CRAGE in the modelling of 2 territories, the Urban Community of « Grand Reims » and the « Terres de Lorraine » area, using the MAELIA modelling platform. The tool to be used is the MAELIA platform. No other tool or model will be accepted. The territory will be understood as the agricultural land of the local authority. The modelling will be carried out for the current agricultural systems and alternative biomass management scenarios, the narratives of which will be provided to the contractor. The impact of future climate change must be taken into account. The support will include simulations, evaluations of technical, socio-economic and environmental sustainability using relevant indicators for the target audience and the provision of results in an easily exploitable format; training is also planned. - The 1st objective of the simulations with MAELIA is to provide the Assembly of stakeholders with knowledge about the current situation in terms of agricultural biomass production on its territory, the transformation of biomasses by methanisation, the circularity between production and return to the soil and the technical, socio-economic and environmental impacts of the current management of biomasses. - The 2nd objective of the simulations is to provide the Assembly of stakeholders with knowledge about the effects of alternative biomass management scenarios designed by the Assembly itself (in the form of narratives). The number of scenarios is not known in advance, it is estimated at 3 to 6 per territory and a maximum of 15 scenarios is set (15 being the result of the addition of the number of scenarios on the 2 territories). - The final objective of the simulations is to provide the Assembly of stakeholders with knowledge about the effect of future climate change on the production of agricultural biomasses, the transformation of biomasses by methanisation, the circularity between production and return to the soil and the technical, socio-economic and environmental impacts of the current management of biomasses and the alternative management scenarios. LEGAL ADVICE: Provide the CRAGE and the partners of the Cyclorganic consortium with legal advice on the ownership of the tools and the input and output data sets of the tools, in particular to assist the CRAGE in drafting rules for the subsequent use of the three tools by different types of organisations (partners of action 5: CRAGE, Chambers of Agriculture of the Marne and Meurthe-et-Moselle, ENSAIA, MAELAB, Terrasolis; other Cyclorganic partners; contractor operating MAELIA in action 5; other organisations), in the perspective of replicating the territorial consultation device on the sustainable management of biomasses in other territories once the Cyclorganic demonstrator has reached the end of its term (5 years of the convention). The views of all the partners of action 5 will be taken into account. Reference may be made to this legal advice in the deliverable of action 5. This deliverable concerns the conditions for the success of a territorial consultation device on the sustainable management of biomasses (replicability). The CRAGE wishes, on the one hand, to be advised by a specialised legal adviser to enlighten it on the issues related to the ownership of the data. It wants to clarify the conditions of use of the input and output data sets of the tools produced during the project on the 2 territories, to continue the device set up beyond the project and/or to use the data for other purposes on these 2 territories.
