The subject of the contract is: 1. implementation, i.e. installation, configuration, and launch in the hardware and system infrastructure of the Purchaser of the Automation Platform, taking into account the division into a production and development-testing environment, including: 1.1. delivery of licenses in a subscription model for tools to create robots and manage a robot farm, 1.2. delivery of licenses in a subscription model for unmonitored and monitored robots and developer tools for creating RPA programs/algorithms: 1.2.1. for unmonitored robots (Unattended Robot) – 10 units, 1.2.2. for unmonitored robots (Unattended Test Robot) – 5 units, 1.2.3. for monitored robots (Attended Robot) – 2 units, 1.2.4. for monitored robots (Attended Test Robot) – 8 units, 1.2.5. for developer tools for creating RPA programs/algorithms – 8 units; 1.3. implementation service; 1.4. service of converting existing software robots and their implementation (in the event of delivery of the Automation Platform in a technology other than UiPath); 1.5. provision of the Contractor's technical support service; 1.6. conducting training for administrators and developers. The subject of the contract are ICT products and services within the meaning of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2026, item 20 as amended). The detailed description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) is contained in Annex No. 11 to the SWZ and in the Draft Contract Terms constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
