The subject of the tender is maintenance, repair and refurbishment services for the following types of systems:

- Power-operated folding doors, rolling doors, rolling grilles, high-speed doors, sectional doors, hangar doors

- Comparable closure systems, if applicable

The services include, in particular:

- Regular maintenance in accordance with manufacturer's specifications

- Repair and maintenance work to ensure functionality

- Carrying out safety-relevant inspections according to ASR A1.7

- Carrying out expert inspections, if necessary, in accordance with applicable regulations and standards

The aim is to ensure safe, orderly and trouble-free operation of the systems. The work must be carried out in accordance with the specific requirements of the airport, particularly by complying with the following conditions:

- Airport use regulations

- Instructions for entering the security areas of Munich Airport

- Instructions for airport deliveries to the security area of Munich Airport

- Internal guidelines of the contracting authority

- Information in the documentation

- Reduction of system malfunctions

- Operating times of the systems 24 hours 7 days a week including Saturday, Sunday and public holidays

- Provision of services with minimal disruption to airport operations (including all related areas)
