Poland – Software package and information systems – Zakup i wdrożenie sprzętu oraz upgrade oprogramowania systemowego RIS i PACS wraz z licencjami

The subject of the contract is: 1) Expansion of the systems of the RIS/PACS class owned by the Tarnobrzeg Regional Hospital named after Zofia Tarnowska by providing, installing, configuring and implementing the modules of the System listed in the contract description and their full integration with the Information Systems currently in use by the Contracting Authority. The aim of the expansion is to enable the fulfilment of the obligation to maintain medical documentation in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Health on the types, scope and templates of medical documentation and the manner of its processing (Journal of Laws 2024 item 798) and the creation, collection and exchange of electronic medical documentation in accordance with the Act on the Medical Information System (Journal of Laws 2011 No. 113 item 657 as amended) in the scope of documents obligatory under the provisions of the law as well as the supply of perpetual licenses paid once. 2) Integration of the supplied software in accordance with the requirements of the SWZ. 3) Supply and implementation of IT equipment necessary for the operation of the RIS/PACS system: a. Server for RIS/PACS service - 2 units b. Disk array – 1 unit 4) Installation, implementation, configuration and launch of the aforementioned software on the IT equipment indicated by the Contracting Authority. 5) Provision of electronic signing of descriptions of diagnostic imaging tests. 6) Provision of transmission of signed test descriptions to the Contracting Authority's EDM system, regardless of whether the signed test description was performed by the Contracting Authority's radiologist or a radiologist performing teleradiology services through external entities. 7) Delivery of test documentation (Test Plan, scenarios and test cases) for the supplied software. 8) Conducting acceptance and integration tests. 9) Training of the Contracting Authority's staff and System users in the supplied application software and system software. 10) Delivery of documentation required by the SWZ. 11) Provision of warranty services for the entire subject of the contract supplied and completed for a period of at least 36 months from the date of final acceptance of the system (in accordance with the Contractor's offer).
