Poland – Refuse and waste related services – „Odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkałych z terenu gminy Frampol oraz z punktu selektywnego zbierania odpadów komunalnych”

The subject of the contract is the provision of services involving the collection and disposal of municipal waste from property owners residing in the municipality of Frampol and from the selective waste collection point, for a period of 12 months from the date of signing the contract.

The subject of the contract also includes:

- the supply of containers and bags intended for the collection of municipal waste on residential properties and at the selective waste collection point, the maintenance of containers intended for the collection of municipal waste in a proper sanitary condition,

- the collection of expired medicines from containers placed in pharmacy points and used batteries from containers placed in educational facility buildings and in public administration buildings.

The contracting authority reserves the right that the quantity of waste generated on the territory of the municipality of Frampol on residential properties by residents, as well as the estimated number of bags intended for waste collection, is not dependent on the contracting authority. The set quantities are estimated and may change according to the actual needs of the contracting authority, taking into account the amount of waste generated by residents.
