The subject of the contract is a service involving the maintenance of cleanliness and order in the facilities of the Młodzieżowy Centrum Sportu Wrocław. The service includes regular cleaning, washing, disinfection of surfaces and equipment, waste removal, and maintaining rooms in a hygienic, sanitary, and aesthetically pleasing condition. The service also includes the regular cleaning of recreational areas, beaches, sandy areas, green spaces, pedestrian paths, access to water, rest areas, and other public spaces. The contractor is obliged to provide the service using their own cleaning agents, disinfectants, manual equipment, and professional cleaning devices and machines suitable for the type of surface, degree of soiling, and specifics of individual rooms. The contractor is obliged to ensure a sufficient number of cleaning personnel to reliably perform all tasks required by the description of the contract, equipped with protective clothing. The contractor is obliged to provide their employees with personal protective equipment in accordance with occupational health and safety requirements, such as work gloves, work clothing, aprons, appropriate footwear, and protective masks. The contracting authority, based on a local inspection, will show the contractor the external areas and internal rooms so as to enable the contractor to familiarise themselves with the areas and rooms subject to this service. The contractor is obliged to designate persons responsible for direct and ongoing supervision and control of all cleaning personnel performing cleaning and maintenance services in accordance with the provisions of this Annex. The contracting authority reserves the right to verify the number of workers, the number of man-hours worked, and the scope of work performed, in particular through inspection of the facilities, documentation, work schedules, and other available means confirming the implementation of the service. In the event that the number of workers or the organisation of work does not ensure proper performance of the subject of the contract, the contracting authority may oblige the contractor to increase staffing or change the organisation of work, without the right to additional remuneration, if it falls within the scope of the subject of the contract. The subject of the contract covers the following facilities: 1) Provision of a service involving the maintenance of cleanliness and order in the facility – Stadion Sportowy „Lotnicza”, ul. Lotnicza 72 in Wrocław; 2) Provision of a service involving the maintenance of cleanliness and order in the facility – Stadion Sportowy „Oporowska”, ul. Oporowskiej 62 in Wrocław; 3) Provision of a service involving the maintenance of cleanliness and order in the facility – Stadion Sportowy "Brochów", ul. Wiaduktowa in Wrocław; 4) Provision of services involving the maintenance of cleanliness and order in the area of seasonal bathing facilities of MCS in Wrocław; The subject of the contract is homogeneous and there is no basis for the contract to be divided into parts. The acceptance protocols require the signature of a representative of the contracting authority and the relevant investment supervision inspector.
