Poland – Refuse and waste related services – Odbieranie i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości zlokalizowanych na terenie Gminy Brudzeń Duży oraz PSZOK w Siecieniu

1. The subject of the contract is the collection and disposal of municipal waste from the owners of properties located in the area of Brudzeń Duży Municipality and from the Selective Waste Collection Point located at Siecień 53B. 2. The subject of the contract includes the collection and disposal of waste from all residential, recreational and leisure properties, and uninhabited properties reported for service by the Contracting Authority, as well as from the PSZOK in Siecień. 3. The Contractor is obliged, as part of the contract implementation, to collect and dispose of municipal waste in accordance with the applicable law, including taking into account the provisions of local law applicable in the area of Brudzeń Duży Municipality regarding waste management. All current local law acts are available on the website of the Brudzeń Duży Municipality Information Bulletin https://ugbrudzenduzy.bip.org.pl/ 4. The subject of the contract includes the collection and disposal of waste from all residential, recreational and leisure properties, as well as uninhabited properties - reported for service in the system and from the PSZOK in the locality of Siecień. 5. The subject of the contract also includes the continuous monitoring by the Contractor on the day of waste collection of the owner's obligation to comply with selective waste collection and the ongoing provision to the Contracting Authority of the addresses of uninhabited properties, where owners present waste in quantities greater than the quantity indicated in the declaration. As part of the contract, the Contractor is also obliged to provide the addresses of residential and recreational and leisure properties not included in the monthly register of properties scheduled for service.
