Poland – Construction work for art and cultural buildings – Zaprojektowanie i budowa Centrum Folkloru i Kultury Ludowej Województwa Łódzkiego w Łowiczu wraz z infrastrukturą towarzyszącą

The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works in the "design and build" formula for the investment named "Construction of the Centre for Folklore and Local Culture of the Łódź Voivodeship in Łowicz along with accompanying infrastructure". The subject of the contract specifically includes: 1) preparation of a complete multidisciplinary design documentation, including documentation necessary to obtain required opinions, agreements, decisions, permits and approvals; 2) preparation of interior design, landscape design, planting design along with visualisation; 3) preparation of the Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Works; 4) obtaining, on behalf of or for the benefit of the Contracting Authority, the required administrative decisions, agreements, opinions, permits and approvals necessary for the design, execution, acceptance and use of the facility; 5) author supervision during the implementation of the investment, until the end of the warranty and guarantee period for the completed subject of the contract; 6) execution of construction, installation, assembly works, deliveries, commissioning, tests, inspections and acceptance; 7) provision of the required owner's and specialist supervision, including conservation, archaeological, dendrological or other supervision required by relevant regulations; 8) execution of as-built documentation and other documents required for the correct use and operation of the facility; 9) obtaining a permit for use or another document required by law enabling lawful use of the facility; 10) obtaining the confirmations, tests, inspections, certificates, certificates or other documents related to achieving the required standard of a passive building as required in the Functional-Use Programme (hereinafter: FUP); 11) performance of all other activities necessary to achieve the result specified in the contract documents.
