The purchase price (the contract value) includes all costs and considerations necessary for contract-compliant performance, any consideration for legal transfer, therefore the tenderer is not entitled to claim any further consideration on any other legal basis, and may not claim reimbursement of any further costs on any legal basis. Please provide the cost amount, filled in according to the instruction in row 14 of the "Summary" worksheet of the 1_sz_melléklet_Iroda_és_közösségi_bútor_árajánlat xls file issued as part of the procurement documents, as the tender price on the cover sheet. Only new products may be offered, used equipment, material and consumable, spare part, retrofitted, refurbished or otherwise equivalent product may not be included in the tender. The tender containing such an offer will be declared invalid by the purchaser. The tender must specify the offered product concretely (by manufacturer, type-specific concrete designation), by fully completing the 1_sz_melléklet_Iroda_és_közösségi_bútor_árajánlat xls table. We would like to draw particular attention to the fact that the completion of the "Parameters of the equipment offered by the tenderer" column of the "Equipment offered" worksheet is mandatory for each item, a simple statement relating to the properties listed in the "Specification" column of the table is not sufficient (for example, statements such as "Same", "Matching", "Yes" are not sufficient). We request the description of the offered product to be provided for each item. The tenderer attaches a statement that the product has all the permits necessary for its release. The equipment offered must have a CE conformity marking. The offered products must be free of defects, free of charge and free of claims. The tenderer must provide a 12-month warranty. Any name, specific designation of any element, parameter of the goods to be procured - whether in the invitation, documentation or supplements - was made in the interest of the clear and accurate definition of the product's nature, and in every case the term "or equivalent" next to the product name is decisive. The tenderer is responsible for proving the equivalence in the tender. The proof must be suitable for the purchaser to unambiguously establish the equivalence from it. We request that the proof of equivalence be recorded in accordance with the requirements of the technical and professional documentation.
