Within the framework of the "Modern Cities Programme", the project entitled "Development of a New Interactive Library and Archives in Szekszárd" involves procurement tasks to ensure the proper functioning of the Tolna County Archives of the Hungarian National Archives and the Illyés Gyula Library. The building of the New Interactive Library and Archives, known as the Knowledge Centre, is located on the 4000/10 cadastral plot in Szekszárd. Two institutions, the Tolna County Archives of the Hungarian National Archives and the Illyés Gyula Library, operate in the building. Before the two institutions move into the new building, various equipment has already been procured, such as furniture, display equipment, IT equipment, homogeneous network equipment, homogeneous servers and storage devices. However, it has been found during operation that the procurement of further equipment is necessary for the tasks to be performed by the Tolna County Archives of the Hungarian National Archives and the Illyés Gyula Library to be carried out at the highest possible level: furniture, audio equipment, display equipment, software, high-end room equipment, and LED wall.

1. First tender lot: Procurement of furniture for the Library: - clothes rack (4 units), - brochure stand (5 units), - compact storage shelf (100 units), - magazine shelf row (1 unit), - metal shelf support (400 units), - armchair with armrests (30 units), - armrest-free conference chair (30 units), - folding table (5 units).

2. Third tender lot: Procurement of display equipment: The following display equipment is to be procured by the Inviting Entity (size, parameters with +/- 5% tolerance allowed): - Mobile wheeled TV stand 90" - wheeled, mobile, height adjustable in steps (4 units), - Mobile wheeled TV stand 90" - motorised height adjustment (2 units), - Mobile wheeled TV stand 37"-70" (1 unit), - Video digitalising converter (1 unit), - Wireless HDMI set (1 unit), - HDMI cable (12 units), - HDMI adapter (5 units), - wall-mounted fixed projection screen (1 unit), - Control iPad (1 unit), - iPad case (1 unit), - flatbed scanner for archival tasks (1 unit) (the offer price includes the licence fee required for use, delivery to the site and commissioning.), - 3D scanner for library tasks (1 unit), - Free-standing information desk with touchscreen, computer, necessary peripherals for commissioning without software (1 unit).

4. Fourth tender lot: Procurement of software: The software to be procured is needed on the one hand for the previously procured laptops and desktop computers: Microsoft Office Home&Business (96 units), and antivirus (3-year period, 96 units), on the other hand, software, software licences that specifically support library tasks.
