Execution of works for the project "Construction of a production hall for confectionery and pastry products, storage, administrative area, ancillary buildings and enclosure". The estimated value of the procedure is 28,974,176.72 lei and is composed of: - Chapter 2.1 of DG - Costs for ensuring the utilities necessary for the investment (Water supply, sewerage and electricity supply) - 223,767.00 lei - Chapter 4.1 of DG - Buildings and installations - 25,988,935.99 lei - Chapter 4.2 of DG - Installation of technological and functional equipment with installation - 107,109.80 lei - Chapter 4.3 of DG - Technological and functional equipment with installation - 1,933,336.93 lei - Chapter 5.1.1 of DG - Construction and installation works related to site organization - 721,027.00 lei

A. In accordance with the provisions of Article 160(1) of Law No. 98/2016, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is a maximum of 17 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.

B. In accordance with the provisions of Article 160(2) of Law No. 98/2016, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information by the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. Any request for clarification submitted after the date mentioned in point A. will put the contracting authority in a position where it cannot provide a response within the timeframe mentioned in point B. and consequently, any request for clarification outside the mentioned deadlines will be considered LATE.
