The contracting authority is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), through which individual orders for the supply of electrical energy will be placed continuously, as needed by the contracting authority. The fulfilment of this DPS will be implemented in strategic parks, or industrial parks, based on the need arising from the relevant investment agreements. The subject of the contract is to ensure the purchase, delivery and distribution of electrical energy for the period 2026-2029 to the contracting authority's consumption points in the anticipated total volume of 49,452 MWh in a quality corresponding to the specification given in the technical conditions of the distribution system operator, including the acceptance of responsibility for any deviation and its transport through the distribution system.
