Keva (hereafter also the Buyer) invites tenders for the procurement of a comprehensive solution for customer service and customer work management. The subject of the procurement is a comprehensive solution for customer service and customer work management. The subject of the procurement consists of the following sub-components: • Comprehensive solution and its use support, including the right to expand the comprehensive solution during the contract period. • Supplementary expert services related to the comprehensive solution, covering separately ordered expert work related to tasks of the comprehensive solution such as further development, arranging training etc. • Delivery and commissioning project of the comprehensive solution, covering the delivery of the comprehensive solution and the tasks required for the commissioning of the comprehensive solution and its continuous services, such as training. The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in Annex 1, "Description of the Subject of the Procurement", of the Invitation to Tender. The Buyer is not bound to any procurement quantity. The procurement will be carried out using a negotiated procedure. In the first phase of the procurement procedure, candidates are requested to submit tenders for the negotiated procedure. Up to four (4) candidates will be selected for the negotiations, unless there are fewer suitable candidates. If the number of tenders meeting the set requirements is 4 or fewer, all candidates who have submitted tenders meeting the requirements will be selected as tenderers. If more than 4 tenders meeting the requirements are received, the 4 candidates who have submitted tenders meeting the requirements and who have received the highest total points as described in Annex 2, "Evaluation of Tenders", will be selected as tenderers.
