Poland – Petroleum products, fuel, electricity and other sources of energy – „Kompleksowa dostawa energii elektrycznej dla Gminy Przytyk na lata 2027 - 2028”

The subject of this procurement is the comprehensive supply of electrical energy to the objects listed in Annex 1 to the SWZ – description of the subject of the procurement. The demand for electrical energy for the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2028 is: 1 648 820 kWh (basic procurement). 2. The contracting authority has an installed micro-installation oze – photovoltaic panels. The detailed scope of data and the list of ppe are in Annex 1 to the SWZ. 3. The detailed scope of the procurement is defined in Annex 1 to the SWZ. 4. The requirements (obligations) imposed on the Contractor, described in the draft provisions of the contract, constitute Annex 2 to the SWZ. The contracting authority will grant the Contractor, selected in the procedure, a power of attorney. 5. During the implementation of the procurement, the contracting authority reserves the right to reduce or increase the amount of electrical energy of the basic procurement (supply of energy together with the distribution service) within the range of +/-15%. 6.
