Poland – Radio-isotopes – „Dostawa generatorów 99Mo/99mTc, radiofarmaceutyków gotowych do użycia oraz zestawów do znakowania 99mTc na potrzeby Kliniki/Oddziału Zakładu Medycyny Nuklearnej SP ZOZ CSK UM w Łodzi”

1. The subject of the order is the implementation of the task entitled: „Supply of 99Mo/99mTc generators, ready-to-use radiopharmaceuticals and 99mTc labeling kits for the needs of the Clinic/Department of the Nuclear Medicine Department SP ZOZ CSK UM in Łódź“ 2. The detailed description and scope of the order is specified in Annex No. 2 and Annex No. 2A - Description of the order subject tab. 1A and 1B to the Specification of Order Conditions 3. The ordering party has divided the order into individual parts and allows the submission of partial offers - Packages: No. 1 - No. 10 described in detail in Annex No. 2 and Annex 2A. 4. The ordering party allows the submission of partial offers. The contractor may submit an offer for any number of packages (parts). 5. The subject of the order has been described in accordance with art. 101 para. 1 point 1 of the Pzp Act by specifying the requirements regarding performance or functionality, including environmental requirements, the given parameters are sufficiently precise to enable contractors to determine the subject of the order, and the ordering party to place the order.
