Netherlands – Administrative social services – Loonwaarde metingen
Description
The municipality is responsible for conducting wage assessments for The Hague residents (employees) who belong to the target group of potentially work-disabled. Based on the wage assessment, the amount of wage cost subsidy is calculated. This compensates the employer for the loss of work performance and enables them to contribute to an inclusive labor market and a sustainable employment relationship. The execution and allocation of wage assessments is carried out by the Social Affairs and Employment Department within the Den Haag Werkt division. The municipality of The Hague is looking for one external partner that, as a flexible shell around the municipality's fixed wage assessment experts, is able to, with certified and in the wage assessment register registered wage assessment experts, conduct approximately 1,170 high-quality wage assessments on an annual basis. This is done according to the methodology of the nationally established uniform wage assessment. The municipality wants to collaborate with a fixed group of wage assessment experts because this benefits the collaboration with the municipality's wage assessment experts, but also the service provision to the employers. The municipality of The Hague uses the wage assessment system of Competensys. The contractor to whom the contract will be awarded will be responsible for being able to work with the wage assessment system of Competensys and the possible costs associated with it. The same applies to any resulting further training, etc. The contractor will carry out the wage assessments on site and work in the systems of the client (Competensys). The municipality wants to enter into an agreement based on a results obligation, the execution of wage assessments with the optimal result, that is, as much as possible in line with the work situation, for the municipality of The Hague to complete. The contract therefore does not concern the detachment or hiring of personnel.
