Netherlands – Medical imaging services – Sociaal medisch advies

The municipality of Den Haag (hereinafter: the municipality) and the participating regional municipalities of Leidschendam-Voorburg and Rijswijk intend to conclude a framework agreement regarding social and medical advice. The social and medical advice will be requested from the Contractor by the various departments/services of the municipality of Den Haag and the regional municipalities, which are responsible for the implementation of the mentioned laws and regulations. The Legal Affairs department may also, within the context of objection procedures, in some cases request new social and medical advice. The use of social and medical advice aims to arrive at a correct determination of the right to the requested (customised) provision or reimbursement. The social and medical advice relates to the physical situation of the applicant and may also relate to the mental situation of the applicant (psychodiagnostics).
