The contract concerns the supply, without installation, of a number not less than 4 billion Bingo game cards, with periodic delivery included to the warehouses of the local offices of ADM. Specifically, as provided in paragraph 14, the quantity of Bingo game cards subject to the supply is equal to the ratio between € 12,000,000.00 and the unit price offered by the bidder. The contract is awarded based on the lowest price.
