The subject of the contract is a service involving the collection of municipal waste from the premises of residential and non-residential properties located within the administrative boundaries of the City of Gdańsk, and their transport to a municipal facility listed on the list of facilities meeting the requirements for municipal facilities managed by the Marshal of the Pomeranian Voivodeship, located at the Zakład Utylizacyjny Sp. z o.o. in Gdańsk, at ul. Jabłoniowa 55 (hereinafter “IKZU Szadółki”), divided into 5 sectors (parts of the contract). A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Section 2 of the SWZ and in Annex No. 1 to the contract template contained in Section 17 of the SWZ.
